tart 皮

牛油 60g
麵粉 120g
糖 30g
蛋 1/3隻

1. 牛油。糖。麵粉全部mix埋一齊
*用手指頭細細力掐埋一齊
*唔好用手掌~因為牛油會溶
*牛油用之前30分鐘拎出黎解凍

2. 將(1) 整到好似麵包糠感之後就可以加蛋

3. 蛋o既分量要分3次加
*太多就要加番1~2湯匙o既麵包再搓
*太少就要要多少少蛋汁

4.搓到成個麵團成圓形 ~ 不黏手

5.保鮮紙包好~雪30分鐘

6.取出搓成一塊~緊貼tart 皮

7. 叉上小孔 ~ 180度焗15分鐘
